Using the scroll bar on the right hand side, scroll down until Subject Alternative Name is located. On the Certificate popup, click on the Details tab. The Signature certificate begins with "Signature -". Under the Friendly Name column, double click on your Signature certificate. On the certmgr.msc - popup, under Logical Store Name, select Personal then select certificates. Maximize the certmgr.msc - popup by selecting the square next the 'x' in the upper right hand corner on the certmgr.msc - popup. Next to the magnifying glass, type "certmgr.msc" and select the 'Enter' key on your keyboard. On the status bar at the bottom of your screen, next to the Windows icon, select the circle icon. To run certmgr.msc, follow the steps below. If the checkbox next to Active checkbox is not selected, select the checkbox next to Active Logins. On the Content tab, select Clear SSL state button then select the OK button. To clear your SSL cache, follow the steps below. On the Clear Recent History popup, select the Clear Now button. Under General, select Privacy & Security. Select the Menu in the upper right hand corner. On the Settings page, select the Main Menu icon next to Settings. Next to the address bar, select the ellipse in the upper right hand corner of your Chrome browser. On the Delete Browsing History popup, select the Delete button. Under Browsing history, select the Delete button. Select Tools then select Internet Options.Internet Explorer users, follow the steps below. Recommend clearing your Internet browsing history and cache.
